Sarah Vanhee is a Brussels based artist, performer and author. Her hybrid and cross-disciplinary work travels in between public space and institutional art field, often socially engaged and with different degrees of (in)visibility. She uses various media and forms and works with different people in open fields, prisons, private living rooms, theatres, on public canvasses, in corporate meeting rooms etc. Recent works include a.o. collected screams (lecture-performance), Unforetold, (stage performance) The Making of Justice (film), Oblivion (stage performance), Untitled (meetings), Lecture For Every One (series of instructions), The C-Project (artist novel), etc.
While embedded locally, Vanhee's work has been shown widely internationally.
She is a founding member of Manyone.
