This project aims to carry out a joint theatrical creation project with the disciplines Theater costume design and Author/ Performer. The cooperation between these two disciplines is very important because a performer and his costume designer need each other physically. The project wants to focus on this interaction as a textbook example of how disciplines can reinforce each other.
Through confrontation with makers from the current field, the project must pull outside its safe walls. The necessity to link both courses to one another is justifiable because such a method is more and more customary in the field. The player, designer etc. should show greater independence.
This project would serve as a precedent for an interdisciplinary way of working within the Schools of Arts. In this way, students can enter the work field with a more open mind and more possibilities and greater autonomy.
