Peter Bosteels studied free graphics in Ghent and at the National Higher Institute in Antwerp. He has been associated with the Royal Academy for more than two decades as Professor of Blockprint, and Coordinator of the Printmaking Department, where which he accompanies printing, art edition and time-based art.
In his artistic practice he seeks connections between his expertise as a wood engraver, designer of artist books and animator. In addition to his position as a lecturer, he is coordinator of Free Arts, a member of the Board of the School of Arts and a member of the organizing body of the overarching AP university of applied sciences.
